About the Role

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across cloud platforms, endpoint management, cybersecurity, and network security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve 95% of IT-related issues within defined SLAs, ensuring high-quality deliverables with minimal downtime.
  • Conduct quarterly risk assessments and deploy, manage, and optimize services on AWS and Microsoft Azure.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, configuring and enforcing policies using Microsoft Intune and MDM solutions.
  • Conduct and support Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) audits, implementing and monitoring security controls aligned with financial regulatory frameworks.
  • Maintain endpoint protection and threat detection using Microsoft Defender and other tools, configuring and managing FortiGate, Sophos, and SonicWall firewalls.
  • Monitor network traffic, enforce segmentation, and troubleshoot connectivity issues, administering Linux servers and automating tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
  • Maintain detailed records of configurations, incidents, and compliance reports, assisting in preparing audit documentation and responding to regulatory inquiries.
  • Maintain system health, patching, and performance optimization across platforms, supporting VPN, secure remote access, and intrusion prevention systems.

Essential qualifications include any graduate with CCNA or MCSE certification, 3-5 years of experience in IT roles within finance or regulated industries, and strong knowledge of SEBI, RBI, or CSCRF compliance frameworks.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills, with knowledge of trading applications BOD - EOD, exchange setup software NEAT, Bolt, and basic understanding of Apple MAC Operating systems troubleshooting, database server installation, and corporate networks, LAN/WAN infrastructure.

Proficiency with shared storage technologies, G-suite, Office 365, and Microsoft operating systems installation and troubleshooting is required, along with language proficiency in English and Hindi.
