About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Web3 Content Manager to oversee the creation and dissemination of engaging content across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in crafting compelling threads, posts, and other social media formats that resonate with audiences in the Web3 space.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with our goals and objectives.
  • Craft high-quality content calendars, identify key themes and topics, and assist our design lead with client briefs.
  • Maintain client-side content management experience, ensuring accurate editing, fact-checking, and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, guaranteeing deadlines are met while upholding quality standards.
  • Manage social media campaigns from inception to analysis, staying abreast of trends and capitalizing on opportunities in the Web3 arena.
  • Identify and fill content gaps by monitoring trending topics and discussions within blockchain, NFT, and DeFi communities.
  • Utilize project management tools like Notion and Trello to organize and track campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience writing engaging threads or short-form social content.
  • A solid background in Web3, with particular knowledge of gaming and crypto ecosystems.
  • Understanding of Twitter's algorithm, best posting times, and engagement strategies.
  • An eye for spotting and capitalizing on trending topics in the Web3 space.
  • Ability to craft tweets that encourage likes, retweets, and replies.
