Cardiac Technician

A highly skilled and dedicated Cardiac Technician is sought to join a dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting various cardiological tests, ensuring patient comfort, and collaborating with physicians to schedule follow-up procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct electrocardiogram (EKG), phonocardiogram, echocardiogram, and stress tests using electronic equipment.
  • Evaluate patients' heart rates and alert physicians to any readings outside normal ranges during non-invasive cardiological procedures.
  • Maintain cardiological equipment and supplies through daily cleanings and adjustments.
  • Record supply inventory levels and restock the supply storeroom accordingly.
  • Troubleshoot problems with cardiological equipment and report any malfunctions to superiors.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting cardiological tests and interpreting results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure patient comfort and collaboration with physicians.
  • Able to maintain accurate records of supply inventory levels and equipment maintenance.
  • Proactive approach to troubleshooting equipment issues and reporting malfunctions.
