Job Title: Salesforce Digital Solution Consultant Sr. Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Digital Solution Consultant Sr. Analyst to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing development, testing, implementation, and documentation within the Salesforce.com platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new enhancements, including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts, templates, and campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain Lightening Web Components, Visualforce, Apex, and integrations to other third-party solutions.
  • Translate simple to complex user stories into functional and actionable software within the Salesforce environment.
  • Utilize inter-personal skills and mentor & motivate team members if selected as TL.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in a Salesforce development role that includes completing at least 3 projects end-to-end in a development role.
  • Hands-on experience working on Trigger Framework and good understanding of all context variables and usage.
  • Hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, LWC / Aura, LWR, Javascript, CSS, Web Services (SOAP & REST), bi-integration with external systems.
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce Development via ASYNC Apex.
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce Configuration via Admin Tools.
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce Deployment via Change Set / ANT.
  • Knowledge of Reports & Dashboards, SOQL & SOSL.
  • Knowledge with providing Security controllers to users by using Profiles, Roles, Permission sets and OWD Setting.
  • Understanding of Sharing mechanism in SF including – sharing rules, Role hierarchy, user management, profiles etc.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Mandatory).
  • Excellent debugging capabilities to resolve Production issues/errors.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience with a software development methodology, Agile preferred.
  • Experience in a Salesforce Data Migration with any Salesforce recommended tool.
  • CICD knowledge - like Github, Jenkins.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification, Platform App Builder or Platform Developer II Certifications.
