Job Overview

The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and ensuring the highest standards of software quality.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement quality strategies, testing processes, and automation frameworks.

  • Key responsibilities include developing and implementing quality control measures, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior QA role.
  • Proficiency in QA methodologies, test planning, and building automation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
  • Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, and test management platforms like TestRail.
  • Strong scripting or programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Practical experience with CI/CD tools, e.g., Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD, to integrate testing into deployment pipelines.
