SuccessFactors Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled SuccessFactors implementation expert to join our global IT team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving change requests and incidents related to SuccessFactors sub-modules.
In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to resolve configuration changes and integration issues for global projects, including India. Your documentation skills will be essential in documenting configurations and other business processes.
You will also provide handholding support in uploads of MDF and other objects, form template changes, and SAP HCM ECC knowledge in OM, PA, Time & Payroll modules.
The ideal candidate will have experience or knowledge in at least two of the following SuccessFactors modules: Recruitment (RCM/RMK), Onboarding (ONB), Employee Central (EC), Time Management (Time Sheet & Absences), Payroll (India), Learning Management System (LMS), Performance and Goals Management (PMGM), and Compensation.
A strong understanding of integrations within SuccessFactors and with SF to SAP and vice versa is also required. Additionally, basic knowledge in SAP HCM - Time Management (Positive) and Payroll (any of countries - India, US, Canada, Germany, Belgium, Poland) is necessary. Coordinating with technical teams for custom requirements is also an essential part of this role.
The selected candidate must possess 4 years of work experience and excellent communication skills. A team player with good communication skills is highly desirable.
Beyond the core qualifications, we seek a professional with a Diploma/Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a recognized university.
