Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Specialist to analyze and improve recruitment and onboarding processes for clients.
- This role involves leading the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment modules, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- The successful candidate will stay up-to-date on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and industry trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients.
About the Role:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, information technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment module is required.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices in recruitment and onboarding is essential.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements are necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in ONB20 and RCM is mandatory.
