Key Responsibilities-
  • Learn and work with industry-leading marketing technology tools for customer engagement and CDP integration.
  • Gather hands-on experience with the customer data lifecycle—collection, validation, preparation, and management.
  • Apply SQL fundamentals for querying, validating, and transforming datasets.
  • Conduct research to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for analytics.
  • Analyze data to identify business trends, behavioral patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Develop dashboards and data visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools) to communicate insights effectively.
  • Support data integration projects with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring smooth workflow and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with global teams across time zones, handling communication and deliverables professionally.
Requirements-
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
  • Familiarity with MarTech platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Understanding of data lifecycle, data quality, and analytics concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
