We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to join our technology team as a lead analyst.

Job Description

This role will drive operational and financial insights, providing data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and synthesize data from multiple sources.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis, presenting findings to stakeholders, and identifying areas for improvement. They will also develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards to support business decisions.

A key aspect of this role is partnering with cross-functional teams to drive productivity initiatives and optimize technology spend. This may involve building business cases, creating metrics to measure business impact, and translating operational metrics into financial outcomes.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in FP&A/Finance
  • Strong understanding of finance/accounting concepts
  • 3+ years of experience working in a technology or cross-functional team
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing data to detect trends and make recommendations
