Lead Financial Analyst - S/4HANA

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Financial Analyst to play a key role in our S/4HANA Central Finance team.

The successful candidate will lead the implementation of S/4HANA Central Finance projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of S/4HANA Central Finance projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: 12 years of experience in SAP FI/CO, including S/4 HANA Finance, with a strong understanding of financial processes and systems.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and leading complex projects.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
