Job Title: Sr. Geotechnical Engineer

At our organization, we are seeking an experienced Sr. Geotechnical Engineer to lead and manage various activities within the geotechnical domain for a large-scale open pit mine operation.

The incumbent will be responsible for conducting geotechnical studies, preparing feasibility reports, stability analysis, and simulation modeling to support mine operation design and slope stabilization.

  • Lead and supervise entire activities in geotechnical domain.
  • Prepare pre-feasibility and feasibility report.
  • Conduct stability analysis and simulation modelling pertaining to mine operation.
  • Implement scheme derived from simulation models.
Requirements:

A postgraduate degree in Geological Science/Geology/Applied Geology/Engineering Geology/Geotechnical Engineer/Degree in Mining Engineering is required for this position.

Candidates must have a strong understanding of geological settings and experience in leading and managing projects.

Excellent communication and project management skills are necessary for this role.
