We are seeking a highly skilled Marine Structure Specialist to lead the design, planning, and construction of marine infrastructure. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-profile port development projects in challenging coastal environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, planning, and construction of marine structures including breakwaters, jetties, quay walls, and docks for major port projects.
- Provide expertise in coastal and marine engineering to optimize the performance, stability, and sustainability of port infrastructure.
- Conduct advanced structural and geotechnical assessments, ensuring the long-term durability and stability of marine structures under varying tidal and wave conditions.
- Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful execution of marine construction works.
- Ensure construction processes meet environmental regulations and safety standards to minimize impacts on the coastal ecosystem.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in marine structures design, construction, and project execution.
- Post Graduate degree in Marine Structures or equivalent, with a strong academic foundation in coastal and marine engineering principles.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in coastal or marine construction, working on breakwater systems, jetties, seawalls, and other port infrastructure.
- Proficiency in marine engineering software for designing and simulating coastal and marine structures.
- Strong knowledge of coastal processes, including hydrodynamics, wave modeling, and sediment transport.
- Experience with risk management and ability to develop cost-effective and durable solutions for marine infrastructure.
