Network Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Manager to join our team. As a key member of the IT department, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our Cisco Meraki network infrastructure.

About the Job
  • Manage and maintain the overall health and performance of the network infrastructure, ensuring security, high availability, and compliance.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues with Meraki network devices (MX, MR, MS) on a day-to-day basis.
  • Support and maintain Wi-Fi connectivity for users across locations, ensuring seamless access to company resources.
  • Assist in managing switch ports, VLAN assignments, and basic network changes to meet evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers for escalations and configuration changes, ensuring prompt resolution of complex issues.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of network setups and issue resolutions, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in wired and wireless networking, with a strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.
  • Working knowledge of Cisco Meraki Dashboard, including device management and configuration.
  • Familiarity with Layer 2 concepts – VLANs, trunk/access ports, port security – and ability to apply this knowledge in practical scenarios.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English language is mandatory.
