Job Title: Performance Tester

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Performance Tester to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the high quality and performance of our software applications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Performance Testing: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance tests to evaluate system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness under various loads.
  • Test Environment Setup: Configure and manage test environments, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure, to support performance testing activities.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Analyze performance metrics, identify issues, and diagnose root causes to optimize system performance and resolve problems.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and efficient issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in performance testing, preferably with a strong background in software engineering and testing methodologies.
  • Skills: Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, Microfocus LoadRunner, or Microsoft Visual Studio, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
