About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Test Automation - Partner Solution Architect to join our team. This role will require close collaboration with strategic partners to drive successful implementations of our enterprise test automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our partners to create innovative solutions that enhance core Worksoft functionality. As a technical expert and trusted advisor, you will enable partners to deliver exceptional results and foster mutual growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Enablement: Design and deliver in-depth training programs, workshops, and enablement sessions for partners to ensure they have the necessary skills to implement our solutions effectively.
  • Solution Design & Support: Collaborate with partners to architect scalable and robust automation solutions tailored to their clients' needs.

Prioritization and Problem-Solving:

  • Relationship Building: Serve as a trusted technical advisor for partner teams, fostering long-term relationships built on trust and value.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Assist partners during the pre-sales cycle, including demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, and responding to technical queries.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between partners and our product development and engineering teams to provide actionable feedback and insights.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Rather than certifications, we look for relevant experience in automation tools, cloud platforms, or SAP systems.

Requirements and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess 5+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing position, preferably with experience working in QA roles where you applied test concepts, frameworks, and tools in multiple projects. Your expertise in test automation solutions, such as Worksoft/Tricentis/UiPath/Selenium/UFT, and your ability to create test automation assets using best practices are essential.

Desired Skills: A strong understanding of enterprise IT landscapes, including ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and related integrations, proficiency in automation frameworks and test management tools, scripting knowledge, and experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps methodologies are valuable assets.

Bonus Points: Experience delivering training and enablement sessions, excellent communication and presentation skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset make you a strong candidate.
