As a senior developer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting world-class software. Your software will operate in all facets of A&M Tax: from internal tools that improve efficiency to client-facing enterprise systems that compete at the world level.

This position participates in all aspects of the software development lifecycle: documentation, development, testing, debugging, and support.

The ideal candidate is hands-on with modern front-end technologies, has deep experience in building and deploying scalable applications, and is passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences.

The successful candidate will lead the design and development of robust, high-performance web applications using Next.js, collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop and manage scalable front-end architecture, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deploy and manage applications in Azure Cloud, integrate RESTful APIs, maintain code quality, continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies, mentor junior developers, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

We require hands-on experience with modern front-end technologies, a strong focus on React.js and Next.js, proven experience deploying and maintaining applications in Azure Cloud environments, solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and front-end architecture, strong understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design, experience integrating with REST APIs, handling asynchronous data workflows, familiarity with performance optimization techniques and web security best practices, ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver high-quality features under tight deadlines, and strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
