Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team. This role plays a pivotal part in Product Development, IT, Digital, AI, and Analytics.

The ideal candidate will design, configure, and optimize Oracle EPM Cloud solutions to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.

  • Design and development of Oracle PCS workflows
  • Building and maintaining database objects, procedures, functions, and packages in Oracle PL/SQL
  • Collaboration with business and functional teams to gather requirements
  • Integrating PCS solutions with Oracle SaaS applications and other enterprise systems
  • Development of custom UI forms using Oracle VBCS
  • Optimization of SQL queries for efficient database interaction
  • Troubleshooting, optimization, and enhancement of existing PCS and PL/SQL components
  • Ensuring compliance with security, governance, and integration standards
  • Support for UAT, production rollout, and post-go-live enhancements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle PCS development and workflow automation
  • Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL (procedures, functions, triggers, packages, performance tuning)
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), PCS, and VBCS
  • Proficiency in SOAP/REST APIs, JSON, XML, XSLT, and JavaScript
  • Experience with Oracle SaaS integrations (ERP, HCM, SCM)
  • BPMN 2.0 and process modeling best practices
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
