Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow developer to join our core transformation program. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on Order Management solutions.

The selected candidate will work closely with architects and tech leads to design and implement best-practice ServiceNow platforms. Key responsibilities include developing enhancements, implementing order management and customer service management solutions, and ensuring solutions align with platform standards.

The role requires excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex topics to non-IT stakeholders. A fast learner with a proactive attitude is essential for success in this position.

Key Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 3 years in Order Management
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules: CSM, ITSM, SPM
  • Expertise in configuration management, workspaces, UI builder, flow designer
  • Proficiency with integrations, portal management & customization, and Service Catalog definition
  • Experience collaborating with architects, BAs, and tech leads
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with global enterprise environments
  • Knowledge of SPM processes
  • Exposure to large-scale digital transformation projects
