The Role

We're seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our quality control processes for FIBC products. You'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Conducting inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to verify quality.
  • Leading root cause analysis for product defects and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitoring production planning to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
  • Handling customer complaints by investigating issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective measures in line with company standards.
  • Conducting quality audits and testing procedures to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborating with the production team and suppliers to optimize processes and enhance product quality.
  • Managing quality documentation, including SOPs, inspection reports, and corrective action records.
  • Training and guiding quality control staff on best practices and standard operating procedures.

Ideal Profile

  • You possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field and have at least 10 years of experience in quality management within the Packaging industry, including experience with extrusions, laminations, and related processes.
  • You have extensive experience in complaint resolution and quality assurance in packaging manufacturing.
  • You are skilled in inspection, quality verification, and leading quality audits and testing.
  • You are proficient in quality control tools, and statistical analysis software, and have a deep understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018 standards.
  • You possess excellent problem-solving abilities and pay close attention to detail.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with production teams and suppliers.
  • You are committed to maintaining compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
