Sustainability Sourcing Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sustainability Sourcing Lead to oversee the identification and outreach to potential UCO sources within assigned clusters. This role is responsible for meeting and exceeding sourcing targets by effectively sourcing and securing UCO supply partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, sales performance, and client relationships within a similar role. They will possess strong leadership capabilities with a focus on driving team success, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong negotiation abilities with a focus on client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

This role requires a self-driven, proactive approach to achieving business goals and the ability to think strategically for long-term business growth and sustainability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Leadership & Sales Skills:

  • Prior experience in waste management, food industries, or biofuel sectors
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or a related field

Communication & Negotiation:

  • Strong negotiation abilities with a focus on client satisfaction and long-term partnerships

Strategic Thinking & Self-Motivation:

  • A self-driven, proactive approach to achieving business goals
  • Ability to think strategically for long-term business growth and sustainability
