Job Overview

We're looking for a skilled Motion Graphics Animator to bring engaging visual effects to our gaming ads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Animate 2D elements (typography, overlays, icons, HUDs) based on creative briefs.
  • Enhance static designs with motion to create compelling ad sequences.
  • Develop effects like screen shakes, zoom-ins, object trails, dissolves, and lighting flares to elevate gameplay.
  • Leverage storytelling, psychology, and motion design principles to optimize gaming performance marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with video editors and creative strategists to deliver polished animations under guidance.
  • Explore AI tools like Runway ML, Pika, and Kaiber to streamline creative workflows.
  • Work on multiple iterations using rapid-feedback cycles and real-time reviews.

Requirements:

  • Foundational understanding of animation principles, visual rhythm, and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects (must have).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (bonus if any).
  • A reel or portfolio showcasing animation work — student, personal, or freelance projects (gaming or entertainment-related is a plus).
  • Willingness to learn from feedback and thrive in an iterative, fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong sense of initiative, organization, and accountability when handling creative tasks remotely.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D)
  • Kinetic typography or VFX animation experience
