- 0–3 years of experience in motion graphics or video design (agency experience is a plus).
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong animation skills and an eye for design.
- Degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred (not mandatory if portfolio is strong).
