About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the development of robust, high-performance web applications using Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development of scalable, secure web applications using cutting-edge technologies like Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
  • Design and optimize MongoDB schemas, queries, and indexes for superior performance.
  • Own the deployment pipeline (CI/CD), cloud setup, and server scaling strategy to ensure seamless operations.
  • Implement industry best practices in security: authentication, authorization, rate limiting, data protection.
  • Mentor junior developers to maintain high code quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and guarantee exceptional uptime through monitoring, logging, and alerting.
  • Integrate with third-party APIs (payments, shipping, messaging, analytics, etc.).
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, handover guides, and technical SOPs.

About the Position:

  • 4-5 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on innovation.
  • Proficiency in Next.js, Node.js, Express, TypeScript with hands-on knowledge of MongoDB.
  • Expertise in cloud hosting & DevOps (AWS, GCP, or VPS setups, Docker, CI/CD).
  • Ability to mentor developers and enforce coding standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, Vue.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with database management systems like MongoDB.
