Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reporting and Analytics Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to create comprehensive reports and dashboards that drive business decisions.

The Reporting and Analytics Expert will be responsible for analyzing data from various sources, preparing reports, and conducting analyses of postpaid and prepaid customers. They will also produce reports that directly impact the customer lifecycle, such as KPIs and ROI, to measure campaign effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing data from various sources and preparing comprehensive reports
  • Creating reports requested by customers and teams using reporting tools
  • Producing reports that directly impact the customer lifecycle
  • Building regular dashboards and publishing performance summaries
  • Measuring campaign performance using metrics such as customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth

Required qualifications include:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications sector
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in analytical reporting and dashboard creation
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with data analysis tools, particularly SQL, Excel, and big data queries
  • Ability to manage large datasets while maintaining data integrity
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Extensive experience in campaigns, CRM, or customer-facing domains
  • Ability not only to generate reports but also to define metrics, interpret data, and develop strategies accordingly
