Finance Operations Assistant

The purpose of this role is to provide support for our finance operations. A strong background in accounts receivable and payable is required.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Income Audit:
    • Prepare daily sales reports for management and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
    • Audit revenue transactions for accuracy and reconcile credit cards daily.
    • Generate necessary reports by departments/outlets and review discounts provided by F&B and other departments.
  • Cashiering:
    • Collect and count cashier envelopes daily and record all amounts received.
    • Manage petty cash, disburse cash after verifying requests, and maintain a register of petty cash advances.
  • Accounting:
    • Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations and assist with financial reporting.
    • Maintain proper filing and adherence to record retention policies.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of related experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and property management systems.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
