Lead Portfolio Strategist

This role is focused on driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver value through strategic portfolio management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management and experience with leading teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement multi-year roadmaps that align with business objectives.
  • Manage complex cross-functional programs, including new product introduction and technology deployment.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of programs from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Lead high-performing teams through the product development process, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive data-informed decisions.
Digital Transformation Expertise:
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI to track program performance and inform decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive data-driven insights.
Requirements:
  • Masters or Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or related field with software experience.
  • 18+ years of overall IT experience, with 10+ years of project management experience in medical devices.
  • Hands-on experience in architecting complex dashboards using Power BI or other tools.
  • Certifications: PMP/equivalent, CSM, SAFe/RTE or ART Experience.
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification desirable.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and ProChain scheduling methodologies an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of med tech product/Software/R&D, product development, and clinical/regulatory processes.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
