Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the administration and maintenance of our IT systems. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical professional who can ensure seamless day-to-day operations, support end-users, and implement robust security protocols.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks, printers, and systems.
  • Maintain system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal uptime.
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and security permissions.
  • Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related queries.
  • Oversee data backups, recovery processes, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Implement and monitor IT security measures (firewalls, antivirus, patching, etc.).
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and service support.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets (laptops, desktops, servers, network devices, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection guidelines.
  • Support the onboarding/offboarding process with IT setup and access management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience as an IT Administrator/System Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
  • Hands-on experience with networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches).
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
