SAP S/4HANA Accounting Expert

As a seasoned technology delivery professional, you will oversee the execution of large-scale and complex technology projects.

Your typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project scope and risk are effectively managed.

You will drive business outcomes by overseeing service quality and cost, while also supporting sales through innovative solutions and excellence in delivery.

Your role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to achieving project goals in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop proof of concepts for functionalities in S4 HANA Finance, owning end-to-end project delivery.

2. Create deep business process functional expertise and end-to-end business process flow documentation based on discussions with business and requirement analysis.

3. Lead a team to deliver SAP S4 HANA Finance projects efficiently and effectively, utilizing an onshore/offshore model.

4. Manage cross-functional team communication and coordination.

Functional Expertise:

1. Minimum 12 years of experience in S/4HANA Accounting with good finance functional expertise.

2. Hands-on experience in end-to-end finance business processes, preparing scope documents, business process analysis and studies, requirement analysis, gap identification, business blueprints, process mapping, configuration, functional and technical specifications documents, test case documents, training presentations, configuration guides, and user manuals.

3. Identify and deliver possible process optimization and automation.

4. SAP S/4 HANA certification is highly desirable.

Professional Attributes:

- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.

- Experience with project management methodologies and frameworks.

- Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.

- Familiarity with risk management strategies in technology projects.
