Lead Application Developer

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications? Do you have expertise in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting and a strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices?

This role requires an experienced leader who can oversee project timelines, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and drive successful project outcomes. As an Application Lead, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives.

  • Expected to be an SME
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform
  • Responsible for team decisions
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices
  • Experience with integration of SAP modules and third-party applications
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
