The Quality Management team plays a vital role in ensuring clinical excellence and innovation across our hospitals.
We seek a detail-oriented professional to join our team and contribute to the implementation and maintenance of quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure successful completion of internal audits, cross-audits, and corporate audits, with timely closure of identified deficiencies.
- Oversee timely collection and submission of quality improvement data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Drive quality improvement projects, mock drills, and committee meetings, focusing on precision and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, manuals, policies, and ensure proper document control.
- Collaborate with Unit Leadership to implement and monitor quality standards across hospitals.
- Identify documentation requirements and prepare them within 15 days of identification, coordinating with relevant authorities for accreditation processes.
- Support hospital-wide quality initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Graduate degree with an MBA or MHA (Hospital Administration) or equivalent.
- 3–4 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Hands-on experience with audits, accreditation processes (NABH preferred), and quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of documentation management, data collection, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a structured environment and handle multiple tasks with precision.
- Willingness to relocate.
