Quality Management Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the real estate industry and a proven track record of success in senior roles.

About this Role

  • Develop and implement quality policies, objectives, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead a team in establishing effective inspection and test plans, risk assessments, and corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with service providers to ensure their effective performance and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage site quality audits, nonconformance management, and lessons learned processes.
  • Provide statistical reports to top management on QMS performance and support certification efforts.
  • Maintain documentation and prepare quality reports for stakeholders.

About You

  1. You have at least 18 years of experience in the quality function of the real estate industry.
  2. You have a proven track record of success in senior roles.
  3. You possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
