Job Title: Business Operations Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Business Operations Executive to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding and Induction: Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities to boost morale and motivation.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to help them improve their performance.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee queries, address concerns, and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Employee Retention: Analyze turnover rates and develop strategies to improve retention.
  • Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of company facilities, including electrical and fire safety systems.
  • Space Management: Ensure optimal use of company space, including interior design and layout.
  • Internet and Technology: Manage internet services and ensure all technology is up-to-date and functioning properly.
  • Minor Projects: Coordinate minor projects, including civil and MEP repair works.
  • Soft Services: Supervise housekeeping, security, and indoor plants.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business operations or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
