Technical Lead in Digital Testing Engineering

This position involves overseeing and contributing to the development of advanced digital testing methodologies for complex system-on-chip (SOC) designs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in design-for-test (DFT) principles, including memory built-in self-test (MBIST), scan insertion, on-chip compression, at-speed scanning, and boundary scan.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in DFT design and implementation.
  • A deep understanding of DFT architecture and its applications in SOC designs.
  • Participation in at least 3 Tapeout SOC projects.
  • Proficiency in automated test pattern generation (ATPG) tools.
