  • Gathering client needs and expectations for AV related projects
  • Designing bespoke solutions based on received briefs and requirements
  • Securing approval for AV proposals from key stakeholders
  • Providing final designs to vendors for quote generation
  • Evaluating technical and commercial aspects of vendor proposals
  • Coordinating site readiness and downtime for project implementation
  • Reviewing and verifying drawings from vendors, with intermediate level knowledge of AutoCAD preferred
  • Collaborating with internal teams for room preparation and AV system deployment
  • Ensuring timely delivery and follow-up with vendors
  • Managing end-to-end project coordination with vendors and internal teams
  • Verifying project execution meets customer satisfaction standards
  • Maintaining detailed project documentation throughout lifecycles
  • Conducting quality checks on physical installations
  • Testing and commissioning AV systems
  • Transferring project ownership to Operations Team/Customer with comprehensive training
  • Providing remote support for maintenance calls
  • Visiting project sites to address issues or troubleshoot as needed
  • Performing regular health checks of AV systems and recommending improvements
