Graduate Analyst - International Valuations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support the valuation of private companies and share options, warrants, and other derivative instruments.
  • Apply various valuation methodologies such as OPM Back-solve, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Black Scholes Merton (BSM), and other techniques.
  • Prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Address audit inquiries and provide documentation that supports valuation methodologies and assumptions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate management reporting.

Requirements:

  • Legally authorized to work in India without requiring a work visa sponsorship.
  • Relocation to Pune, Bangalore, or Hyderabad required.
  • Excellent academic grades with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA) will be a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong understanding of financial modelling and valuation techniques.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
