Project Leadership Role

This is a key leadership position that involves managing teams of software engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conception to delivery.

  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of skilled software engineers to achieve project objectives.
  • Estimation and Planning: Conduct thorough estimations to ensure accurate project timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and ensuring high satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure seamless execution.
Requirements and Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 18+ years of industry experience in software engineering, with at least 7+ years in managerial roles overseeing teams and projects.

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Micro Focus tools, COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2 for z/OS, Assembler, PL/I, Rexx, flat/sequential files, GDGs, and VSAM.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and deliver large-scale software development projects, with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams.

  • Managing business development and identifying new opportunities
  • Leading end-to-end delivery, meeting account objectives, and managing Application outsourcing
