The Role:
Our team is seeking an experienced AI Developer to join our dynamic project, focusing on next-generation AI models. Your work will directly influence how these models are trained, evaluated, and refined.
This role focuses on dataset generation, model evaluation, and development — playing a key part in Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), and benchmarking AI systems.
What You'll Do:
- Develop efficient code that supports AI training pipelines.
- Generate and refine datasets for SFT and contribute to RLHF workflows.
- Run evaluations to measure and compare model performance.
- Assess and rank model outputs, providing clear, structured feedback.
- Partner with researchers and annotators to enhance model alignment.
- Maintain clean code and documentation to ensure reproducibility.
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency in Python with strong debugging and optimization skills.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks.
- Understanding of concurrency, multi-threading, and async programming.
- Experience with code quality, architectural patterns, and refactoring.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and clear communication skills.
