Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and experience in managing large-scale IT projects. They will be responsible for defining and implementing the overall IT strategy, ensuring seamless integration with global IT initiatives.

  • Plan and manage the annual IT infrastructure budget.
  • Operate, monitor, and develop our SAP S4/HANA systems.
  • Define the IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes for the organization, aligning with Krones Group guidelines.
  • Roll out global IT initiatives in alignment with the Global IT team.
  • Manage the purchasing, installation, and rollout processes for IT hardware, aligning with Global guidelines.
Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have excellent technical management skills, including information analysis and computer hardware/software systems expertise. They will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing local IT infrastructure to ensure operational performance, availability, security, and continuity.
  • Proposing and coordinating the deployment and maintenance of IT hardware and network solutions.
  • Monitoring performance of IT infrastructure and networks, and making recommendations for improvements as required.
  • Analyzing business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to define IT infrastructure requirements.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to internal IT and acting as IT support lead for the assigned organization.
Qualifications & Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a similar field.
  • At least 7+ years of work experience in an international business environment in a comparable position.
  • Experience with SAP-related systems such as S4/HANA, B1, R3.
  • Proven working experience as an IT Manager, or other relevant experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
  • Expertise in data center management and data governance.
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, GDPR, cyber security, and other IT compliance standards.
