English Language Training Specialist

This is a challenging opportunity to join our team as an English language training specialist. As part of our commitment to delivering high-quality education, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs that cater to the needs of learners.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Develop comprehensive training programs to help students achieve their desired IELTS scores, incorporating relevant materials and teaching techniques.
  • Syllabus Familiarization: Familiarize yourself with all aspects of the course syllabus and stay updated on the latest exam trends, ensuring your knowledge remains current and relevant.

You will work closely with management to ensure timely progress reports are submitted and student success is measured. This is a full-time position requiring a strong educational background and relevant experience in teaching English as a second language.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong Educational Background: A bachelor's degree or higher in English language teaching, linguistics, or a related field.
  • Teaching Experience: At least 2 years of experience in teaching English as a second language, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their goals.
