Employer Branding Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Employer Branding Specialist to join our team. As an Employer Branding Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the employer brand of our company.

The Employer Branding Specialist will work closely with the marketing and design teams to develop engaging recruitment campaigns across digital and social channels. This includes ideating, drafting, and scaling content that resonates with diverse audiences. You will also be responsible for curating and amplifying employee stories, culture content, and thought leadership across platforms like Instagram and career sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with recruiters globally to understand hiring goals and translate them into compelling employer brand initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to develop engaging, on-brand recruitment campaigns
  • Utilize AI tools to ideate, draft, and scale content that resonates with diverse audiences
  • Curate and amplify employee stories, culture content, and thought leadership across platforms

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with design tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field within talent acquisition or communications
  • A social media mindset with a knack for creating content that drives engagement and builds community across platforms
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to turn business needs into engaging, people-first messaging
