They will be measured on compliance with these Metrics, SLA requirements, QA guidelines, team, and personal goals.

This individual contributor role requires a graduate degree with exposure to MS Office and comfort with numbers. Key skills include attention to detail, good communication skills, and a professional demeanor. Additionally, the associate should be comfortable working night shifts and flexible during critical business requirements.
