Sales Application Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Application Specialist to excel in bio and pathology image analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales support for bio and pathology image analysis solutions.
  • Distribute campaigns, manage customer lists, organize sales cases, and utilize generative AI tools.
  • Conduct interviews with customers to understand their needs and develop deep learning models based on those requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to comprehend needs and challenges, design experiments, analyze data, and provide technical assistance and training.
  • Promote the development and enhancement of bioimaging products and services through feedback and proposals grounded in expertise and experience.

Requirements:

  • A doctoral degree in biomedical engineering, medical physics, biochemistry, molecular biology, or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of three years of research or industry experience in bioimaging or a strong desire to acquire this knowledge is required.
  • A team player with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to learn independently is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer support roles would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce would be advantageous.
  • The ability to compose technical emails in English is preferred.
