We are seeking a seasoned Chartered Accountant to lead our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Accounting Management Oversight: Oversee the financial accounting of the B2C segment, ensuring accurate reporting to management.">
  3. Monthly Financial Reporting: Manage the monthly closing process, guaranteeing timely and accurate financial reporting to management.">
  4. Quarterly Audits: Plan, execute, and close quarterly statutory audits in a timely manner, proactively addressing potential issues and improving controls.">
  5. Business Segment Disclosures: Prepare business segment disclosures on a periodic basis, ensuring correct and accurate reporting.">
  6. Accounting Standards and Guidelines: Possess strong knowledge of accounting standards and guidelines, with practical experience in applying them to real-world scenarios.">
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with finance teams to ensure timely closing and reporting of financials.">
  8. Segmental Reporting: Ensure correct segmental reporting and proper elimination of all group transactions.">
  9. Internal Review: Review and ensure proper review of the monthly closing checklist for all balance sheet items periodically.">
  10. Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of nearly 10 professionals, motivating and coaching them through role clarification and feedback.">
  11. End-to-End Responsibility: Take end-to-end responsibility for closing the financial statements of the parent company and Indian subsidiaries.">
  12. Financial Systems Development: Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations, CARO, and legislations.">
  13. Discrepancy Analysis: Examine all financial reports and data closely to detect discrepancies.">
  14. Board Deliverables: Ensure Board deliverables related to quarterly publishing of Financial statements of the company.">
  15. Error Prevention Strategies: Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations.">
  16. Accounting Policy Adherence: Ensure adherence to all accounting policies/guidelines and make changes as per changes in Accounting standards, regulatory, and other compliances.">

Educational Background:
