Job Title: Master Space Planner

We are seeking an experienced space planner to join our team. As a social enterprise, we connect rural craftsmanship with global markets through our luxurious handmade carpets.

Our company was founded by a visionary entrepreneur who created a unique business model that provides livelihood to artisans at their doorstep. This innovative approach has changed the standard practice of involving middlemen in working with artisanal communities.

Today, we have a network of over 40,000 artisans spread across 600 rural Indian villages in five states of India. Our end-to-end business model includes sourcing wool and exporting finished handmade rugs to more than 45 countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for client experience, servicing, and sales in-store.
  • Handle and greet walk-in customers.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Assist the sales team in client visits.
  • Coordinate with designers and architects to meet expectations.
  • Present and execute detailed mood boards for design concepts.
  • Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups, and renderings) for clients.

Requirements:

  • 2 years' relevant experience in design or luxury categories.
  • Undergraduate or post-graduate degree in a relevant field (Design, Marketing, CRM preferred).
  • Experience handling project business.
