Job Title: Mobile Support Specialist

  • Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Mobile Support Specialist to provide expert-level technical assistance and support for mobile devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, with expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems.
  • Key Responsibilities:

  2. Implement and maintain MDM platforms compatible with Android devices, ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft Intune.
  3. Develop streamlined device enrolment processes, including bulk and self-service options, to efficiently onboard corporate mobile devices.
  4. Design and implement security policies covering encryption, password protocols, permitted applications, remote wipe, and secure connectivity to internal resources.
  5. Configure integration with internal Entra applications and tools, establishing secure authentication and authorization for mobile users. Provide training resources for end users and IT staff, including onboarding assistance and troubleshooting guides.
  6. Maintain ongoing oversight of the MDM environment, regularly updating policies and monitoring compliance, device health, and security threats.
  7. Architect and configure a mobile-based VPN solution to access applications not accessible via public cloud.
  8. Provide Tier 2/3 level support for ticket escalated from front-line IT teams and other internal IT resources for Hypercare period.
  9. Support transition of ownership and management of Intune Endpoint platform to new provider, recipient, or staff.">
