Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and usability of our sales tools. Your primary focus will be on acting as a liaison between IT Development and business functions to drive system enhancements to completion through business requirement gathering, documentation, prioritization, and testing in an Agile environment.

Some of your key responsibilities will include resolving Tier 2 support requests, demonstrating a thorough understanding of role hierarchy, forecast hierarchy, and territory hierarchy, and troubleshooting and resolving Tier 2 tickets from sales users related to Salesforce, sales forecasting, and other sales tools.

You will work closely with the company's Subject Matter Experts and IT to research and resolve issues related to Salesforce and Clari, and partner with Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, and our Revenue Acceleration team to understand business requirements for systemic enhancements and then partner closely with IT Development for execution through an Agile environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 9+ years of professional experience in system and tools support, with a strong background in Salesforce.
  • Salesforce certification is highly preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, terminology, and best practices, with particular focus on data security.
