Sales System Integration Expert

This role involves integrating and optimizing sales systems, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms, and supporting the sales team through process automation and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Implement and integrate CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP).
  • Optimize Sales System Architecture
    • Enhance data flow and user experience.
  • Lead System Integration Projects
    • Gather requirements, coordinate vendors, test, and deploy new systems.
  • Support Sales Teams
    • Create and maintain system documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
    • Monitor data quality and integrity across integrated platforms.
    • Generate reports and dashboards for leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
    • Train sales teams on new tools, features, and process changes.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues or data discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales operations or systems integration role.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
  • Experience with system integration tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, MuleSoft, APIs).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with sales workflows, KPIs, and data compliance standards.
