Senior Integration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Integration Specialist to join our technology team.

About the Role:
  • API Leadership: Lead end-to-end integrations with new and existing partners, ensuring high-performance, reliability, and scalability across all phases.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to support integration processes, driving efficiency and excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Integration Requirements Definition: Develop and communicate clear integration requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Roadmap Development: Enhance integration roadmaps for key clients and suppliers, aligning with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Identify areas for improvement and lead optimisation efforts to ensure seamless integration performance.

Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in delivering end-to-end API integrations, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong expertise in working with API-based systems and understanding of REST/JSON/XML protocols, ensuring seamless data exchange.
  • Excellent grasp of project management principles, including proficiency with tools like Jira or ClickUp, enabling efficient project delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous integrations, prioritise tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
