About the Job:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our team members, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and implementing innovative solutions to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Respond to team member inquiries via phone, email, and other communication methods in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ticket Management: Enter, assign, and track service requests in our ITSM system, ensuring accurate and efficient issue resolution.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, working collaboratively with team members to resolve problems and implement solutions.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to junior technicians, sharing your expertise and knowledge to help them grow and develop in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years working experience in a related support service field, preferably in a Microsoft environment.
  • Skills: Strong working knowledge of accounting applications, such as CCH Engagement, Thomson GoSystem Tax, XCM, TaxCaddy, and SurePrep. Experience supporting end-users in a Microsoft environment is also required.
  • Education: Associate degree in an IT-related field or combination of education and technical training is necessary.
  • Certifications: Windows 10/11, CompTIA A+, or CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft Azure certification is desirable.
