About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, creativity, and excellent communication abilities. As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering complex frontend solutions at the enterprise level.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver comprehensive frontend solutions using customized methodologies and work products.
  • Monitor and lead product front-end development, ensuring solutions are sound, appropriate, and cost-justified.
  • Provide strategic product advice to clients, including recommendations on product features, vendors, and future technology direction.
  • Maintain current knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in package-based implementations.
  • Participate in major proposal efforts and collaborate with marketing and other departments.
  • Influence client expectations and ensure satisfaction at the account level.
  • Compare solutions with other product development managers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent product solutions.
  • Coordinate activities of less experienced personnel to determine appropriate product development strategies.
  • Provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience with technical product configuration, design, and/or integration.
  • Coding skills with JavaScript, C#, MVC, and HTML5 & CSS3 required.
  • Understanding of UX/UI design, including usability, responsiveness, and ADA compliance required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with 508 and WCAG guidelines.
  • Experience with Deque AXE tool.
  • Experience with NVDA (Non-Visual Desktop Access) tool.
  • Experience with Chrome's WAVE (Web Accessibility Evaluation) tool.
